Kevin has led organisations of significant size, scale and complexity – managing both horizontal and vertical growth initiatives, and personally orchestrating and negotiating strategic mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He understands the value of disrupting the status quo, and is renowned for helping entities launch and execute profitable operational models, while developing corporate culture. Kevin holds a Master’s in Business Management from Monash University.
Having spent 29 years in senior management roles across the automotive industry, Simon joined Konstruct Environmetal as Sales Manager in 2017. His contribution to growth and a successful trade sale led him to joining Bingo Industries as Victorian Sales Manager for the next 4 years. His ability to deliver customer focused outcomes, including meeting social procurement targets, while directing a highly successful sales growth and acquisitions strategy will be a key driver for SKIPZ Recycling and our aspirations to being the industry leader in recycling and environmentally sustainable outcomes.
After a brief stint in professional sports where he played VFL/AFL football for both Fitzroy and Brisbane Lions, Brendan chose a career in recycling and waste management with Collex/Veolia in 1995. After 13 years Brendan joined forces with industry peers to create Konstruct Environmental in 2008, helping grow the business from one truck to twenty two trucks before its sale to Bingo Industries in 2017. As Transport Manager for Bingo he was responsible for steering its fast growing Victorian operations, until joining SKIPZ as Transport Manager in March 2022.
Mahesh joined SKIPZ as Finance Manager in March 2022. He has held Senior Finance function roles at several public companies including Cleanaway, Bingo and Konstruct Environmetal. He has strong leadership skills and experiences in waste management sectors in management accounting and financial control strategies. He is known for his ability to lead businesses through significant transition, growth and improvement while pursuing sustainable solutions. Mahesh holds a Master of Accounting and is qualified CPA and member of CAP Australia.
Following his studies at the University of Melbourne in 2014, Ronen spent 6 years at Valyarra Group working in the construction industry as a Project Manager before his promotion to the role of General Manager in 2020. Having led the company to securing a number of major national contracts, Ronen joined the SKIPZ team as Operations Manager in January 2022 and will be a key driver of the growth as operations expand across metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Ronan’s leadership capabilities are also recognised through his role as President of the Lilydale Cricket Club.
With a long history in quarrying and mining sectors, Peter came to the recycling and waste industry more than 10 years ago with a comprehensive understanding of fixed and mobile plant operations. Peter’s experience and appreciation of heavy industry safety and environmental risk and assessment profiling has been the foundation of his focus to ingrain a “Zero Harm” culture and “Safety First” OHS and environmental practices across all facets of the SKIPZ Recycling business. In doing so, Peter will ensure SKIPZ remains fully compliant with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Once separated, waste is classified and removed to approved landfill and/or cleanfill sites, as well as to experienced and qualified secondary market processors in metropolitan and suburban locations, including (but not limited to):
All SKIPZ recycling facilities feature certified weighbridges and maintain fully auditable accounts of incoming and outgoing waste streams.
We employ a comprehensive waste docketing system, including records and reports to track all materials received, sorted and processed (including rejected loads).
Our Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems comply with Australian and International Standards to international standards and all SKIPZ Recycling sites operate under approved conditions which maintain the highest level of safety and quality control for incoming materials, reprocessing and finished product sales.
